A lovely day

It's a really lovely day today, which makes me feel good about the world. How terribly shallow and British of me! I must admit, I am starting to look forward to summer, which is possibly a first for me. Summer in Cambridge is gorgeous, and today reminded me how much I love this city. I should really go out and enjoy the day, but unfortunately I have not done any work for what seems like a week, and I really need to get some serious reading done for my thesis. Honestly - I have far too much time to do this - I need some pressure to work more efficiently!!!!

Oh, and my bicycle seat has suddenly, after two years, started to hurt my derriere. I have no idea why. I might try to cycle less over the next few days and see if I fix myself.
